DB Reverse Fly - 20 seconds
REST - 10 seconds
#2 Do 3 rounds of:
Pullup - 15 reps (strict or kipping)
Double Under - 15 reps
#2 is continuous work. No prescribed rest.
#3 Do 3 rounds of:
American Kettlebell Swing - 18 reps
30" Box Jump - 12 reps
BB Row - 6 reps
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
