#3 Strict Pullups (NO kip) - Do as many reps as you can in 60 seconds.
#4 Toes to bar 15-15
BB Shrug 10-10
#4 is a superset. Do one set of toes to bar, one set of shrugs, and
then rest.
#5 Kipping Pullup - Do as many reps as you can in 60 seconds.
