BACK          6/8/12

#1  BB Row          20-10-2-2-2 reps

#2  Strict Weighted Pullup

      Start a timer.  At the beginning of each minute, do 6 reps.  
      Ten total sets.  Try to use the same weight for all sets, but
      if you need to decrease weight, or do unweighted pullups, or kip,
      that is fine too.

#3  Do 2 rounds of:

      Double Under - 1 minute
      REST - 1 minute
      Burpee Pullup - 1 minute
      REST - 1 minute
      Cable Row - 1 minute

      Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds.
