BACK          6/20/12

#1  BB Row          10-6-2-14 reps

      This is 4 sets.  Rest between sets.

#2  Pullup          14-13-12-11-10-9-8 reps

      This is 7 sets.  Rest between sets.
      You can do these pullups weighted, unweighted, strict, kipping.
      You pick.


#3  Do 2 rounds of:

      BB Deadlift - 1 minute
      REST - 1 minute
      DB Snatch - 7 reps per side


      Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds.
