Warmup - Do 2 rounds of:
      Pushup - 10 reps (not hand release)
      Air Squat - 15 reps
      Banded Pull Apart - 15 reps

#1  BB Row - 5 sets x 8 reps
      Start light then work up to a heavy set of 8 reps.
      Finish heavier than your top set from 5/3/20.

#2  This is 5 rounds of continuous work:
      Unweighted BB Standing Shoulder Press        18-15-12-9-6 reps
      Tire Pull (walking backward, 50 lbs in tire)     25 meters
      Goblet Squat                                                        15 reps
      Inverted Row                                                       6-9-12-15-18 reps
