Warmup - Do 2 rounds of:
Air Squat - 12 reps
DB Bench Press - 10 reps (light weight)
DB Row - 8 reps each side (light weight)
#1 BB Power Clean + Push Press
Work up to a heavy set of 2 power cleans + 1 push press
#2 Do 4 rounds of:
Burpee Pullup - 8 reps
DB Lateral Raise - 8 reps
EZ Nosebreaker - 8 reps
Goblet Squat - 8 reps
Cable Row - 8 reps
Seated DB Shoulder Press - 8 reps
Rest at least one minute between rounds.
