Warmup - Do 2 rounds of:
Inverted Row - 10 reps
DB Lateral Raise - 10 reps
Unweighted BB Back Squat - 10 reps
#1 BB Front Squat + Back Squat
4 sets x (2 front squats + 4 back squats)
Set 1 - 90% of your goal weight for today
Set 2 - Goal weight for today
Sets 3 and 4 - back down to 90%
Go heavier than 6/10/20.
#2 Do 5 rounds of:
0:00 - Run 100 meters in less than 20 seconds
1:00 - Burpee - 7 reps
2:00 - Tire Pull (50 lbs in tire) - as far as you can in 20 seconds
Round 2 starts at 3:00. Round 3 starts at 6:00, etc.
You are walking backward for the tire pulls.
