#1 Do 4 rounds of:
EZ Curl Bar Nosebreaker - 8 reps
Standing Alternating DB Curl - 8 reps
Same weight all 4 rounds. Try to go heavier than 3/28/20.
#2 Do one round of:
DB Alternating Incline Bench Press - 10 reps each side
BB Row - 20 reps at 115 lbs
Goblet Squat - 30 reps
Run 400 meters
REST 60 seconds
DB Thruster - 40 pound DBs - as many reps as you can in 60 seconds
REST 60 seconds
Run 400 meters
Goblet Squat - 30 reps
BB Row - 20 reps at 115 lbs
DB Alternating Incline Bench Press - 10 reps each side
#3 In any order and any combination, do:
Banded Tricep Pressdown - 100 reps
Unweighted Standing BB Curl - 100 reps
