Warmup - Do one round of:
Pushup - 10 reps (not hand release)
Air Squat - 20 reps
Pushup - 10 reps (not hand release)
Cable Row - 20 reps (light weight)
Pushup - 10 reps (not hand release)
#1 BB Bench Press with a 2 second PAUSE at the bottom of each set
5 sets x 3 reps
Start light then add weight each set. Finish heavier than 1/9/20.
#2 Do 6 rounds of:
Burpee - 10 reps
Pullup - 10 reps
REST 40 seconds
Medicine Ball Wall Ball - 10 reps
Inverted Row - 10 reps
REST 40 seconds
#3 BB Incline Bench Press (1.5 REP)
1 set x 6 reps, 1 set x 5 reps, 1 set 4 reps, 1 set x 3 reps
Try to add weight each set.
#4 Standing BB Curl - 4 sets x 10 reps
Same weight all 4 sets.
