SHOULDERS 5/6/12
Do 3 rounds of:
Run 400 meters
Standing BB Shoulder Press - 9 reps
DB Row - 10 reps per side
BB Push Press - 7 reps
Pullup - 15 reps (strict or kipping, it's up to you)
BB Jerk - 5 reps
Rest between rounds.
