REST 60 seconds
BB Row - 8 reps
Burpee Pullup - 12 reps
REST 60 seconds
BB Row - 4 reps
Burpee Pullup - 16 reps
#3 Do 3 rounds of:
BB Squat Clean - 6 reps
Cable Row - 12 reps
DB Reverse Fly - 18 reps
Rest between rounds.
