BACK          7/2/12


#1  BB Row          12-8-4-16 reps


      Rest between sets.


#2  Do 3 rounds of:


      BB Sumo Deadlift - 15 reps
      Burpee - 10 reps
      Cable Row - 10 reps
      Double Unders - 15 reps


      #2 is continuous work.  No prescribed rest.
      
#3  Do 1 round of:


      Strict Weighted Pullup to failure - 40 lbs
      36" Box Jump - 12 reps
      Strict Weighted Pullup to failure - 20 lbs
      Suicide (50 meter course) - 1 rep
      Strict Unweighted Pullup to failure
