BACK          7/8/12


#1  BB Deadlift


      Start a timer.  At the beginning of each minute, do 7 reps.
      Do 10 total sets.


#2  Do 2 rounds of:


      Kipping Pullup - 60 seconds
      REST - 60 seconds
      American Kettlebell Swing - 60 seconds
      REST - 60 seconds
      Cable Row - 60 seconds


      Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds.
