Pullup - 5 reps
Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps
#1 DB Row - 4 sets x 10 reps each side
Same weight all 4 sets.
#2 With a partner, in 15 minutes, do as many
rounds as you can of:
Cable Row - 15 reps
American Kettlebell Swing - 15 reps
Goblet Squat - 15 reps
1 Arm DB Bench Press - 8 reps each side
BB Nosebreaker - 12 reps
DB Ground to Overhead - 8 reps each side
Double Under - 30 reps
ALTERNATE EXERCISES between partners.
Partner A does cable rows, then Partner B does swings.
Partner A does goblet squats, then Partner B does bench press.
Partner A does nosebreakers, then Partner B does ground to overhead.
Partner A does double unders, then Partner B does cable rows, etc.
