Warmup - Do 2 rounds of:
DB Row - 8 reps each side (light weight)
Unweighted BB Standing Shoulder Press - 12 reps
Air Squat - 16 reps
#1 BB Inverted Row
4 sets x 15 reps
#2 Do 6 rounds of:
Pullup - 6 reps
Tire Flip Jump Through - 2 reps
Goblet Squat - 12 reps
BB Standing Shoulder Press - 4 reps at 70% of 1RM
This is continuous work.
