BACK          12/29/12

#1  BB Row

      Every minute, on the minute, do 3 reps of BB Row.  Do 8 total sets.
      Go as heavy as you can.

#2  Do 2 rounds of:

      Pullup (strict or kipping) - 1 minute
      REST - 1 minute
      BB Deadlift - 1 minute
      REST - 1 minute
      Cable Row - 1 minute

      Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

#3  Do 2 rounds of:

      Sledgehammer Vs Tire (HORIZONTAL Swing) - 1 minute per side

      Rest between rounds.
