#4  Do 2 rounds of:


      Standing BB Shoulder Press - 135 lbs to failure
      Suicide - 50 meter course
      Standing BB Shoulder Press - 115 lbs to failure
      Air Squat - 30 reps
      Standing BB Shoulder Press - 95 lbs to failure


      Rest between rounds.
