Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps

#1  BB Row - 5 sets x 8 reps
Same weight all 5 sets.

#2  This is 3 rounds of continuous work.
Close Grip Pushup                    24-18-12 reps
Cable Row                                  12-18-24 reps
Goblet Squat                              20 reps each round
DB Farmer's Walk                    100 meters each round
BB Nosebreaker                         24-18-12 reps
American Kettlebell Swing      12-18-24 reps
