Close Grip Pushup - 20 reps (thumbs about 2" apart)
Cable Row - 20 reps at 100 lbs
Goblet Squat - 20 reps
BB Nosebreaker - 20 reps
DB Waiter's Walk - 100 meters (2 DB's, switch hands at 50m)
