Do 3 rounds of:
Pullup - 5 reps
Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps

#1  DB Row - 5 sets x 6 reps
Start with a moderate weight, then add weight by feel.

#2  Start a timer.  At 0:00, 3:00, 6:00, etc. do 15 reps of
American Kettlebell Swing.  When you are not doing swings,
in any order and any combination, do:
Goblet Squat - 60 reps
BB Nosebreaker - 40 reps
Cable Row - 40 reps
Plate Overhead Walk - 150 meters
