Pullup - 5 reps
Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps
#1 DB Row - 6 sets x 6 reps
Same weight all 6 sets.
Go heavier than 4/17/22.
#2 Start a timer.
EVEN minutes - Do 8 Burpees
ODD minutes - In any order and any combination, do:
Pullup - 50 reps
Medicine Ball Wall Ball - 70 reps
You are done when you finish all reps of pullup and wall ball.
