Banded Pull Apart - 15 reps
DB Lateral Raise - 10 reps
Air Squat - 10 reps
#1 BB Clean Grip Deadlift - 2 sets x 8 reps at 60% of 1RM
#2 DB Row - 4 sets x 8 reps each side - Same weight all 4 sets.
Go heavier than 3/5/21.
#3 Start a timer.
EVEN minutes - In any order and any combination, do:
Pullup - 40 reps
Goblet Squat - 60 reps
ODD minutes - In any order and any combination, do:
Pushup (not hand release) - 60 reps
DB Ground to Overhead - 20 reps each side
You are done with #2 when you finish all reps of pullup, goblet squat,
pushup, and ground to overhead.
