Air Squat - 10 reps
#1 BB Bench Press - 4 sets x 8 reps at 65% of 1RM
#2 This is continuous work. In 12 minutes, do as many rounds as you can of:
Power Clean - 3 reps
Alternating DB Incline Bench Press - 6 reps each side
BB Row - 9 reps
DB Thruster - 12 reps
