Warmup - Do 2 rounds of:
DB Reverse Fly - 10 reps (light weight)
Seated DB Shoulder Press - 10 reps (light weight)
Goblet Squat - 10 reps (light weight)

#1  Standing BB Shoulder Press - 6 sets x 3 reps at 75% of 1RM

#2  Start a timer.
EVEN minutes - 8 Burpees, plus Pullups and Medicine Ball Wall Balls
ODD minutes - REST

You are done when finish 45 Pullups and 45 Wall Balls, in any order
and any combination.
