Warmup - With an unweighted BB, do one round of:
      Clean Grip Row - 15 reps
      Standing Shoulder Press - 15 reps
      Back Squat - 15 reps

#1  Do 4 rounds of:
      Cable Row - 12 reps
      DB Incline Bench Press - 12 reps

      Rest between rounds.

#2  This is two 5-minute rounds.  Rest one minute between rounds.
      For each 5-minute round, do as many rounds as you can of:
      BB Row - 5 reps
      BB Thruster - 7 reps
      Toes to Bar - 9 reps
      Burpee - 11 reps

      For round 2, start back at the BB Row.
