We are going for a 1 Rep Max here.
Take as many sets and reps as you like to work up to your 1RM.

DB Lateral Raise - 25 reps
American Kettlebell Swing - 35 reps
Double Under - 45 reps
Air Squat - 55 reps
Double Under - 45 reps
