Warmup - With an unweighted BB, do 2 rounds of:
Row - 10 reps
Standing Shoulder Press - 10 reps
Back Squat - 10 reps

#1  BB Back Squat 
Work up to a heavy set of 2 reps
Then take off 10% and do 5 more sets x 2 reps
Go heavier than your top set from 7/17.

#2  BB Deadlift
Work up to a heavy set of 2 reps.
No drop sets.
Go heavier than your top set from 7/17.

#3  This is 8 rounds of continuous work.
BB Row at 135 lbs                1-3-5-7-9-11-13-15 reps
Medicine Ball Wall Ball      15-13-11-9-7-5-3-1 rep
Run 100 meters
