Banded Pull Apart - 10 reps
Seated DB Shoulder Press - 10 reps (light weight)
Goblet Squat - 10 reps (light weight)
#1 Pullup - 4 sets x 10 reps
#2 Do up to 8 rounds of:
0:00 - Double Under 15 reps each round
1:00 - Burpee 6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13 reps
Round 2 starts at 2:00. Round 3 starts at 4:00, etc.
For the burpees, do 6 reps the first round, then add one rep each round.
You are done with #2 when you either fail to get the number of reps for that
minute, or you finish the 8th round (13 burpees)
