#1  Standing BB Shoulder Press          15-11-7 reps

      Rest between sets.

#2  Do 3 rounds of:

      BB Shrug - 15 reps
      American Kettlebell Swing - 15 reps
      DB Lateral Raise - 15 reps
      DB Reverse Fly - 15 reps
      Suicide on the 50-meter course - 1 rep

      #2 is continuous work.
