Warmup - Do 3 rounds of:
Pullup - 5 reps
Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps

#1  BB Row 
1 set x 14 reps
1 set x 12 reps
1 set x 10 reps
1 set x 8 reps
Start with a moderate weight.
Add weight each set.

#2  Tire Pull - 50 meters with 50 lbs
Then start a timer.  At 0:00, 2:00, 4:00 etc.
do 10 reps of DB Thruster.  When you are not
doing thrusters, in any order any combination do:
DB Bench Press - 60 reps
Inverted Row - 60 reps
Air Squat - 120 reps

When you finish all reps of db bench press, row, and
air squat, do the tire pull again for 50 meters w/ 50 lbs. 
(Tire pull is walking backward.)
