Warmup - Do 2 sets x 15 reps of Air Squats, then with an unweighted BB, 
      do two rounds of:
      Back Squat - 5 reps
      Standing Shoulder Press - 5 reps
      Front Squat - 5 reps

#1  BB Back Squat
      4 sets x 2 reps at 85% of your Back Squat 1RM

#2  BB Clean Pulls
      4 sets x 4 reps at 90% of Clean 1RM

#3  Start a timer.  
      On EVEN minutes, do 10 reps of American Kettlebell Swing
      On ODD minutes, do 5 reps of 24" Box Jump

      When you are not doing Swings or Box Jump, do Burpees.
      You are done with #3 when you complete 60 Burpees.
