Pullup - 5 reps
Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps
#1 DB Row - 5 sets x 8 reps each side
Same weight all 5 sets.
#2 Do 4 rounds of:
Run - 150 meters
Plank - 45 seconds (elbows and toes)
Double Under - 30 reps
Then REST one minute, then do 4 rounds of:
BB Row - 10 reps
DB Incline Bench Press - 20 reps
Air Squat - 30 reps
