#1 Seated DB Shoulder Press
1 set x 15 reps

Start with a light weight. Add weight for sets
2, 3, and 4.
#2 Do 3 rounds of:
Sledgehammer VS Tire - 10 reps each side
Burpee - 15 reps
REST ONE MINUTE
Cable Row - 20 reps at 80 lbs
Medicine Ball Wall Ball - 20 reps
