Warmup - Do 3 rounds of:
Pullup - 5 reps
Pushup - 10 reps
Air Squat - 15 reps

#1  BB Row - 6 sets x 6 reps
Same weight all 6 sets.  Pick a weight that
is challenging but you can get all 6 reps every 
set with good technique.

#2  Do 3 rounds of:
Air Squat    48-36-24 reps
Pullup         12-18-24 reps

Then REST one minute. Then do 3 rounds of:
DB Bench Press                          24-18-12 reps
American Kettlebell Swing      12-18-24 reps

Then REST one minute.  Then do 3 rounds of:
Cable Row           24-18-12 reps
DB Thruster       12-18-24 reps
