Warmup - With an unweighted BB, at a comfortable pace, do 2 rounds of:
Back Squat (no pause) - 10 reps
Behind the Neck, Clean Grip Shoulder Press - 10 reps
Overhead Squat - 5 reps
Hang Clean - 5 reps
#1 BB Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1 rep
We are going for a 1 Rep Max here. Start with a weight you can easily manage
and then add weight each set. Rest between sets. We will post our results.
#2 Every EVEN minute, do 3 reps of BB Clean.
Every ODD minute, do 6 reps of BB Front Squat
Do 8 total sets (4 sets of cleans and 4 sets of front squat).
#3 In 6 minutes, do as many rounds as you can of:
Double Under - 18 reps
Air Squat - 12 reps
Burpee - 6 reps
