Warmup - Do 2 rounds of:
Retract, Rotate, Press - 6 reps
Seated DB Shoulder Press - 9 reps
Air Squat - 12 reps

#1  BB Deadlift - work up to a heavy set of 4 reps.
Go heavier than your top set from 12/30/21.

#2  BB Row - 5 sets x 6 reps
Same weight all 5 sets.

#3  With a partner, for 12 minutes, alternate whole rounds of:
DB Row - 6 reps each side
Goblet Squat - 12 reps

Only one partner is working at a time.
Partner A does 6 reps of DB row and 12 goblet squats.
Then Partner B does 6 reps of DB row and 12 goblet squats, etc.
