5 sets x 2 reps - Start at 50% of your 1RM and try to add weight each set.
#2 Do 1 round of:
Cable Row - 20 reps
Goblet Squat - 25 reps
Hand Release Pushup - 30 reps
REST 1 minute
DB Thruster - As many quality reps as you can in one minute
REST 1 minute
Cable Row - 20 reps
Goblet Squat - 25 reps
Hand Release Pushup - 30 reps
